Value Based Care Readiness Assessment
Are you a healthcare provider, medical group, primary care organization, or doctor's office looking to get started in value-based care? Morgan can perform a "Value Based Care Readiness" assessment that includes a panel of interviews, data and systems review, and reporting readiness, and leaves behind a dashboard and recommended action items to get your organization ready for success in value based care.
Project Design
Do you have a great initiative, Board-blessed priority, or new service offering you are ready to deploy -- but don't know where to start? Morgan works with clients for "Project Design" needs to sketch, tailor, and scope the project at hand. These engagements typically include regular planning calls, project plans, timelines, budgets, and estimated needs for implementation, and often can be delivered in as little as 8-10 weeks.
Oversight, Strategy, and Execution
Do you have a great plan, but need expert advice on implementing? Morgan can scope an engagement to help manage the ongoing delivery of critical implementation work that includes advising on delivery strategy, risk management, and stakeholder engagement and management. Organizations typically rely on Morgan to act as the 'engine' for their most critical projects that need a well-trained and expert eye so things don't fall through the cracks. Implementation projects can range from 90 days to 4-6+ months, and full-scale execution and management can include long term contract work for the full duration of your project. Often our most custom offering, there is no "one size fits all" approach to Implementation and Strategy work!
