Some of Morgan's select client work can be found on the "Projects and Testimonials" page.
Morgan is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with years of project management, execution oversight, and operational design experience. She has worked at organizations like Booz Allen Hamilton and The Advisory Board Company (now under Optum), where she worked alongside government and hospital leaders on topics like population health strategy, service line growth, provider engagement, and patient experience.
Morgan's teams and clients say she is the execution engine for projects, and that makes all the difference.
